Consulting & Event Planning
Robert Viveiros and the Flower Workshop team of professional floral and decor designers bring clients exceptional quality in service for their wedding and event design needs. From small gatherings to lavish weddings, they will be with you every step of the way developing your vision. Sit down with Robert for a complimentary meeting in order to gain an understanding of your wedding day vision as well as to determine your needs and which services and designs are best suited for your event.
Robert has coordinated many events from, weddings to corporate and special fundraisers like Fashion Cares, Pink tie Gala, And Children Wish.
Consulting
The following is a list of some of the many services we can provide you on a consulting basis.
- Theme Development – can help with making decisions on theme through discussing colour trends, theme wedding ideas, can help with the overall vision of your wedding.
- Vendor Referral - we have a database of professional vendors in which we can refer you too.
Site Research – can help by researching and referring you to various venues which would suit your vision and budget.
- Wedding Timeline Construction – can create a wedding timeline and planner template or help with the creation of a personalized timeline and planner for your wedding.
- Budget Preparation – sit down with the couple and any other family members contributing to the budget and allocate the budget appropriately.
- Decor Suggestions – suggest various ideas or décor solutions to fit your theme and budget.
- Etiquette Questions – provide guidance in making more considerate decisions.
- Personal shopping – help in making your wedding shopping experience more time and cost efficient.
- Vendor visits – we can visit vendors with you or on your behalf, help with contract, price or service negotiations.
- Do it Yourself Projects – we can help out with any do it yourself projects you may have such as creating your own invitations, favours, centerpieces, etc…
Consultation Price
Hourly consultations are $150 for the first hour and $50 each hour after. Consulting services are only offered to clients who booked a day of coordination package and require additional help not included in the package they chose.
Toronto and Mississauga wedding planning
From small gatherings to full formal affairs, we will be with you every step of the way. One of a Kind Weddings & Events has two types of planning services to offer:
Full Wedding Planning
With this service, from start to finish, we help you conceptualize and create the theme and vision you have for your wedding. With services ranging from creating a budget, checklist, providing ideas, inspiration, helping choose the right vendors, and so much more. We are with you from beginning to end resulting in the wedding of your dreams. This service includes the day of coordination. Full Wedding Planning is charged on a percentage basis. Fees are calculated at 10% of the total wedding budget (a minimum charge of $ 800.00 applies). For weddings outside of the GTA, there may be additional charges.
Partial Wedding Planning
Many couples set out to plan their own wedding and once started realize that they would like some help in planning certain areas of their wedding. With this in mind, One of a Kind Weddings & Events has put together partial planning packages that will allow the couple to choose which categories they would like help planning. These packages include vendor research, scheduling and attending vendor meetings, negotiation and review of contracts, as well a Day of Coordination Package. Partial Wedding Packages are charged as a flat fee which start from $650.00 and up (depending on budget). Additional charges may apply for large weddings or weddings outside of the GTA.
